Hi. I am thinking about installing 386bsd on my pc at home, but I have a few
questions that perhaps some of you might be able to help me out with.

	1) I am running a raytracer at home (PovRay). My PC is a 32bit
machine (486dx), but the PovRay must run through a 16bit OS
(DOS). Is 386bsd a 32bit OS? If so, would apps (such as
		PovRay) run faster through 386bsd?

	2)	I have read that UNIX supports a command (possibly called DOS)
that runs the DOS shell (command.com) under UNIX. Is this
correct? Does 386bsd support anything like this?

	3)	I have also read that UNIX supports a command called merge,
that will allow you to run MS-Windows and its apps under UNIX
(real mode only). Is this correct? Does 386bsd support
anything like this? (I really need to keep my current word
processor and spreadsheet or this wouldn't be much of a
		concern).

I would really appreciate it if anyone with any insight could email me any
information that they feel would help.

Thanks in advance!!!
