That doesn't say much, given that GNU tools run on EVERYTHING! More seriously, the POSIX box is really more of a bar-bones subsystem completely separate from the mainstream part of NT. Feel free to implement UNIX on top of the POSIX box, but don't expect to access the usual NT services while you're in there... --- David C.
