OK it is more experimental, but I'm sure it has been made with
existing unices including BSD as example. In fact the paging system is
very efficient and clearly ahead of BSD. Linux has the same history as
inputs for inspiration; but it is not so fixed yet so it can implement
and include true New Technology still.

?? Linux is newer technology, yes indeed. But what do you mean with
the statment that it is at the BSD4.1c level? You're talking about the
level of 'frozenness' I assume; then I can agree.
