My guess is that most 386bsd/scsi users have some sort of Adaptec 154xy, where x=0 for a card without floppy controller, and x=2 for one with. y= either A, B or C. 'A' is old and obsolete, C= current and B is ehh in between. B has loads of jumpers, C is software configurable. For EISA machines an Adaptec 174x can be used (but is (much) more expensive) Other cards are also supported, but I'm not familiar with them >-- > Sascha Wildner, Am Druvendriesch 27, 50354 Huerth, Germany > Du wirst verhext, wenn der Baum nicht waechst. Das versteh ich aber nicht.
