I've been seriously considering a CD-ROM drive, especially after I found out you can apparently get copies of humongous source archives that way. (If anybody knows about getting ftp.uu.net, or some subset thereof, I'd sure like to hear about it. So far, email inquiries have not been successful...) Seeing as how a source/binary distribution of 386BSD takes up about 20Mb, how about using the other 580Mb or whatever for freely distributable sources, binaries, patches, man pages (?), etc.? pat
