	It uses the MACH model, but I don't think you could qualify it
	as a "slightly fried" MACH kernel.  If anything, it would be a
	"mangled, multilated and deepfried" MACH kernel.  But seriously,
	NT does NOT use a hacked up MACH kernel... Just a hacked up MACH
	kernel MODEL.

	[IE, they stole the microkernel idea, the environment servers, etc.
