As a news user I have only a vague understanding of what is required and no idea where to get it. I have not upgraded to NetBSD-current as I am not directly connected to the net, (so upgrading is difficult), although I have indirect access using mail requests to FTP mail servers. I can arrange for a news feed from a machine on the same net as myself, and there is at least one other that would like to take a mail feed from me If I can set up a mail server. The reason behind this is that the machine I get my news from at the moment has limited disk space, and I often miss news in the groups I am interested in. If this is an FAQ for 386BSD or NetBSD, could someone point me to a place I can get the FAQ, if not, is there someone who could indicate the packages and patches I need and where to get them from. If there is sufficient interest in this, I will summarise the info I get and post it. Thank you for your attention.
