I have: the V10 manuals.  Also, as with _The UNIX Programming
Environment_, the cover and spine have no (R) or TM.  The interior
title page does have an (R), but does not say who owns it.  Gosh, if
we can't trust the folks at Bell Labs to get it right, who *can* we
trust?

...or at least more consistent.
