Summary: Having difficulty installing NetBSD on Seagate 3600N
Keywords: NetBSD,install,SCSI

Ho...

I've been attempting to install NetBSD onto a partition of a Seagate
3600N SCSI drive (500M), with DOS occupying the first half or so of the
drive. The problem is that the kernel, when booting, can't seem to
"automagically" configure sd0, leading to fatal "device not configured"
errors while trying to install...

Originally, I had thought that my SCSI controller (Ultrastor 34F) was
at fault, but the kernel seems to detect uha0 at all the appropriate IRQ and
I/O port addresses...

Have I done something wrong/not done something right, or is it having
trouble with the 34F as opposed to the 14F?

    Any help is greatly appreciated...
