Hello,

I posted a message a while back about problems I had been having booting
any of the many 386BSD/NetBSD bootdisks. Let me digress: I have, among
other things, an opti-chipset amd 386/40. I couldn't boot the bootdisks
when I was in turbo state. I discovered, thanks to some people on the group,
that I can boot in non-turbo 16mgz state. Well, thats nice and all, but very
kludgey. I'm wondering if I will be able to boot up in turbo state after I
get the distribution on my hardrive. Anyone have any ideas about this? Is
there some fix for this problem that I have overlooked?

Thanks in advance,

Shawn
