Hi.  I'm trying to write a setuid script.  it's not working.  My friend (a
much higher level unix weenie than i) said that he looked at the NetBSD
source, and man pages and he doesn't think that it supports setuid through
chmod.  is he right?  and if not, how do i get it to do it.
