Put options TCP_SMALLSPACE and all is well again. (this using wd 8013 boards at both ends with no other systems (yet) on the ethernet) (the one that is coming will be running DOS on a 286; using either ftp or cutcp. Don't know about any bugs there...). Presumably this is a bug in the old esix (no longer supported, either) tcp, but I still thought it was cute. Haven't run a trace to see just what was happenning - presumably the window code got confused. -- Pete
