Date: 5 Aug 1993 19:35:16 +0200 Organization: Hanse Networking e.V. Hamburg, Germany. Lines: 15 Message-ID: <23rgd2$c2@encap.Hanse.DE> Hi. Has somebody already thought about using SLIP over two lines, I mean using two lines for one point-to-point link to double the throughput ? I think the changes to the kernel wouldn't be very great. The output routines only have to distribute outgoing packets to the appropriate lines and input routines have to collect incoming packets from all lines and put them into the incoming queue of the protocol. Or does PPP already have such behaviour ? Greetings, Jan-Oliver -- Jan-Oliver Neumann <jan@encap.Hanse.DE> Hanse Networking e.V. Hamburg, FRG. Mail to vorstand@Hanse.DE for information.
