Hi Sirs,
I am very sorry to bother you but I have a problem which can't be
solved for a long time, I have get some files (not ASCII) from Internet which
are greater than 1.44MB in my unix account, can you tell me if there is (and
where they are) any program run under UNIX so that I can break these files
into files that have size around 1MB so that I can copy them on floppies and
then join again on my PC at home which is running 386BSD.

	e.g. cut XFree86-1.3-bin.tar.z into XFree86-1.3-bin.tar.z.aa,
             XFree86-1.3-bin.tar.z.ab, ......,etc.

I know it may be a very stupid question for you, but I really want to
know if there is such kind of utilities, so please let me know if you know the
answer. My email address is ccalex@usthk.ust.hk or cs089613@comp.hkp.hk

Thanks in advance.
Best regards.

Alex
