Message-ID: <1993Aug10.153858.6798@newstand.syr.edu> From: dhhoveme@mothra.syr.EDU (David H. Hovemeyer) Date: 10 Aug 93 19:38:58 GMT Organization: Syracuse University, Syracuse, NY Keywords: TeX NetBSD Article-I.D.: newstand.1993Aug10.153858.6798 Lines: 13 Howdy, Has anyone compiled the TeX01.5 package (from agate and other places) *without* having XFree86 installed? I tried as best I could to configure the Makefile to reflect my current set-up (NetBSD 0.8), but the compile kept failing due to missing XFree files. I commented out all of the lines having to do with Xdvi, but no luck. If you have some suggestions and/or would be willing to send me your Makefile, I would be grateful. Thanks, Dave -- dhhoveme@rodan.acs.syr.edu
