[Note: I've read the FAQ, and it didn't give me as much info as i
wanted. Also, Since we are ordering this tomorrow, i'd really
appreciate it if someone could reply as soon as possible]
My department is planning on buying a computer which will be running
386bsd, or Freebsd (whenever that becomes available). The following is
the system we are planning on getting:

i486DX2-66 VLB
Tseng4000 Chip Set VLB (is there another good cheap video card?)
Adaptec 1542B SCSI adapter card
16MB RAM
128k cache
1.2 GB SCSI drive
SMC Elite16 network card

Are these components supported by 386BSD ?
Also:
1> Am i going to experience any problems if i install two hard drives?

2> Are the above cards supported?

3> is it worthwhile getting an EISA system?

4> Any other recommendations??? Please feel free to suggest any other
   brand names
