   Can we integrate the latest groff and gcc into this release.

NetBSD 0.9 will contain groff 1.08 and GCC 2.4.5 (with a bug fix).
Various other programs have been updated, too.  Note that GDB is still
at 3.5, but modified to work with GCC 2.
