I guess many of the gurus would like to help you, but:
what is the exact problem? "Including XFree86-1.3" implies in the most
simple case a config with the options UCONSOLE,XSERVER in your config file
(codrv,pcvt,syscons as the X11 carrier are a bit more difficult, however),
and the standard procedure from the FAQ to rebuild a kernel.
So, what happened? And what did you do?
