(2) Is it true that NetBSD cannot be installed onto a 2nd IDE drive, even if I let it have the entire drive (related to (1) above)? (i.e., Must it use the 1st IDE drive?) (3) Is there a working DOS-emulator for NetBSD? How does it compare to the one available under Linux (dosemu-0.49)? I *have* to be able to continue running applications on my machine while switching them over to NetBSD (i.e. I need to be able to boot the old OSes and use the applications until I'm sure they run properly under NetBSD). Does that mean I'm out of luck with using NetBSD? If I can install NetBSD onto the 2nd IDE drive, then I'm safe. Thanks for any info! -- Steve Wampler swampler@noao.edu Gemini Project (under AURA)
