To this product complaint report I might add my own $0.02. This
company has a FAX number which I faxed some suggestions and questions
to, because for some reason they didn't want to talk to me by phone..
or weren't available. They returned a fax back to me, but under these
conditions which drove me crazy:

They apparently have some kind of automated system for returning faxen
because I kept getting these fax calls for a month, which drove me
buggy. Granted, the Complete Communicator I was using had a fax
switch and I was using only 1 line, so part of it is my fault, but
since that is the product they sell, they should be used to that. I
would get these fax calls, usually in the evening, and it would always
be when I was on the phone with someone else. I had call waiting, so
I would switch over to see who it was, and it would be them, and I
couldnt switch over to get the fax. So I would hang up, and wait for
a second attempt, which never came. This went on for weeks, and drove
me crazy. I mean, if there were even *ONE PERSON* there who cared,
they could call me back after say three of these attempts, and say,
"Hey, I'm going to send a fax." Or God, forbid, they could even answer
my questions *verbally*. (Why does everything *have* to be by Fax
these days, anyway? I mean, what is our fear of having another warm
body on the other end of the line???) But instead, this situation went
on and on. Finally, I received the fax from them. It was a *FORM
LETTER* saying, If you have not purchased our product within the last
60 days (might have been 90, I can't recall) then we are unable to
help you. If you'd like to place an order for one of our products
please please call this number. I hadn't even mentioned how long I
had had the product! I swore I would never buy another product from
this company again. It's obvious they just want to 'sell product' and
not 'mess' with support. Has anyone else had similar problems with
this company?
