That's funny...  I just called them today, and after fighting my way through
the moron tech support, I got an RMA number and they are overnighting me a
replacement.  The person I talked to after the moronic tech support guy was
great.

The next revisions are working better.  I suspect you want to get one with a
letter higher than a `b' on the square chip.  Just a guess, because that was
one identifying mark I was asked for before I was told that the card was bad.
