Message-ID: <1993Aug24.200513.20066@noao.edu> Sender: news@noao.edu Nntp-Posting-Host: orpheus.tuc.noao.edu Organization: National Optical Astronomy Observatories, Tucson, AZ, USA Date: Tue, 24 Aug 1993 20:05:13 GMT Lines: 16 According to the installation notes, NetBSD must be installed onto the first IDE drive... However, I've seen references in news articles to booting it from the 2nd drive... Is there a way to get NetBSD to install onto the 2nd IDE drive without affecting the 1st? (Well, almost w/o affecting... I don't mind replacing the boot block with something to get to NetBSD on the 2nd drive, so long as it can also get to the OSes I currently have on the first.)
