Actually when I first saw these files I thought it was too good to be true :-) It used to be that just to order the usenix reprints of these manuals you had to have a source licence. Anyway I have checked and the follwing chapters of the smm were included on the BSD NET2 tape (I have here the original contents page of the smm with all the chapter titles- lines staring with INCLUDED are the only chapters in the NET2 tape).
