This is a condensed version of the "message" file.
Request for a two monitor system development
--------------------------------------------
I posted a message in February about having
a system that used both monitors, there was some interest
in the fonts. Today I post this message so those of
you working on console/windows may use my work, if you
feel it is appropriate. This code is ugly in lots of
places. It is not a good example of my work.
It will only be available for 30 days.
The (hacked) code is available at:
etext.archive.umich.edu
in
/pub/Zines/QIC-News
as
herc-hack.tar.Z
Included in this packet these files:
------------------------------------
Message. This file
BSDHVIEW.H dual purpose header for MS-DOS/386BSD
BSDHVIEW.C main support routines - very unfinished
CRT.H generic support for monitors
D.C test program -- miserable failure.
FNT_TBL.IMG "C" type array of FoNT TaBLe IMaGe
FONT.ASM version #1 of font table - hack job
TABLE. version #2 of font table - fixed up
THANKS to Raymond J Chen
------------------------
The original work was done by Raymond Chen in 1986
and placed into Public Domain. I used his work as a basis
for mine... Thanks Again Raymond (whom I've never met.)
