Update:

1) I also disabled HD from CMOS as mentioned by one of the netters.
   Same thing happened.  I had to boot twice, then Tiny 386BSD
   came up nicely.  However, since there is no HD, "install" is
   not possible.
2) I also pull out Multi-I/O card and modem.  But it still hang.

Other sugguestions?????  Somebody!

AMI bios made for Magtronic

I also remove those 4 (questionable?) 256K ram.
