My problem is as follows: 1 2 3 4 5 My PC <-> Unix dialin=Unix=Unix dialout <-> Remote PC I have no problem transferring files between #1 and #3 through #2. ( I am using Procomm or Telix if it matters :-) ). I have no problem to connect to #5 from #3 through #4 by issuing the actual commands from #1. But I want to do file transfer through Zmodem between #3 and #5 through #4 by controlling the process from #1, BTW none of the PC has internet connection to the Unix. The problem is arising when the Remote PC (#5) begins to send the file through #4 and the program from #3 (Zmodem - [rz*] by Omen tech.) does not see that and does not answer, in fact it looks for the transfer on mine machine (#1) instead of #5!!! Meantime my PC Zmodem (Procomm or Telix) sometimes is trying to respondto #5 attempt to transfer. So as You can see - everything becomes a total mess. What rz* on the Unix (#3) telling about this, is that there is a screwup with the ports, i.e. I need to tell rz* to look for the transfer on the dialout port instead of dialin, and my problem is that i don't know how to do that. :-( If You can help, Please respond by email. Thank You Yeugeny
