This is what I have: lp|local printer:lp=/dev/com1:br#9600:rm=stimpy:rp=lp:sd=/var/spool/lp:\ This works fine on a Sun 386i. I don't know what I put in the old 0.8 printcap (something pretty similar) but it did work too. Also, I can cat straight to com1 and it works ok... lpd prints out a bunch of junk. The printer is set to 7 bits, even parity, 9600 baud. Could someone more versed in sgtty's please help me out? Thanks! Doug K. kennedd@a.cs.okstate.edu
