	I believe the AT&T 3B1 version was ported
	from the Sun 3.5 version - the Sun stuff
	should be fairly easily adapted to BSD.


	BTW the performance issue is interesting
	since MGR can run nicely on the quite low
	powered 3B1, whereas X is not possible...
