I am running them on my box, and I'm very happy with them. As far as clean, from looking at the diffs, they appear to me (the clueless uninformed kernel hacker that I am) to be easily understandable. If you are interested in them against FreeBSD, I could probably make up a set of diffs and put the up for anon. ftp.
