Message-ID: <CDBx3I.5sK@syd.dms.CSIRO.AU> Followup-To: comp.unix.bsd Summary: Will MacBSD support X11 ? Keywords: MacBSD, X11 Sender: sseaton@iise.csiro.au (scott Seaton) Organization: CSIRO, Institute of Information Science & Engineering Date: Tue, 14 Sep 1993 05:40:29 GMT Lines: 18 Hi I've recently heard about MacBSD (any idea when it will be released for general consumption ?), and was wondering if it will support X at all.... I have a Mac, but would also like to run Un*x (with X), as I see it I can either buy a cheap PC, or an extra hard drive for my Mac. If MacBSD will support X and is going to be released before the end of the year I'll wait, otherwise I guess I'll have to buy a PC. Any information will be much appreciated, thanks Scott _________________________Scott Seaton, CSIRO IISE,_______________________ / ___ ___ __ ___ \ | | | | | / \ | PO Box 93, North Ryde, NSW, Australia 2113. | | | | | | \__ |_ Phone: +61 2 887 8170 Fax: +61 2 887 2736 | | | | | | \ | E-mail: sseaton@iise.CSIRO.AU | | _|_|_|_|_ \__/ |__ | \_________________________________________________________________________/
