This has been explained many times here---The perl test seem
to be looking for .dir files, something which the old db
stuff created. It can't find the db file written out,
	so it thinks it failed...

Most of the stuff I have tried, save some X programs, has compiled
right out of the box as it were. Most of the GNU stuff works
great, trn, rn, and a bunch of others work grea.

For once, I do'nt have to recompile Nethack every time I want
	to play it.

Of course, I'm running NetBSD, which may be more pure 4.3 than FreeBSD (I
HONESTLY DON'T KNOW, SO DON'T BOTHER FLAMING OVER IT)
