It registers as follows when I boot: Sep 12 19:49:04 mudos /netbsd: aha0 targ 5 lun 0: type 1(seq) removable <ARCHIVE Python 25501-XXX2.66> SCSI2 Sep 12 19:49:04 mudos /netbsd: st0 at aha0 targ 5 lun 0: 0 blocks of 512 bytes When I try to do "mt -f /dev/nrst0 status", I get "unknown tape drive type (7)". Other "mt" commands (fsf, bsf, etc.) seem to work okay, and I can read/write data to the drive. -- Marc Unangst, N8VRH | "Free software is NOT the same thing as mju@mudos.pc.cc.cmu.edu | free beer." | -Philip Knapp in comp.os.linux
