Some people have the need to set up a DOS partition with their BSD-d-j partition. For NetBSD (and possibly FreeBSD), you need to set this DOS partition to type 0xa5. To do THIS, you need a partition editor that is capable of this, ie. Not FDISK.EXE The following is a list of sites that carry pfdisk, a partition editor that DOES have this capability (as far as I've been led to believe---I don't have DOS, so I don't have to worry about it :-)) I am not sure if freefall.cdrom.com has this, but I know that the NetBSD-0.9 on agate (last I checked) doesn't have this.... Happy hacking. Toodlepip! Marc 'em.
