For those who care:

Today's update to the FAQ included this information.  The most
up-to-the-minute FAQ is avbailable via anonymous FTP from
hrd769.brooks.af.mil for at least the next three weeks.  After that, it
will made available at various sites around the Internet (assuming those
offers still stand :-).
