Why didn't I try `stty -f /dev/tty02 raw'? Well, I had had some problems with stty before. And `raw' is not in the man page. And I thought, uucico would set the appropriate line discipline by itself. And I had tried to set those things that seemed important to me, like -parity and -clocal before without success. Nevertheless, I could have tried it earlier. I don't know why exactly, but it simply works. Sorry for bothering the net with that problem. -- Ulf Andrick ura@strix.cluster.sub.org
