I'm using lpa with an LQ570 with no problems. But that `marginal port' currently fails totally with lpt and lpa. The only driver that appears to run at least from time to time is my ancient own lp. But i didn't change the hardware, only the software (to pk 0.2.4). And the port even ran under msdog interrupt-driven. Thanks to ALM for the lpa hack, i'll try it. -- in real life: J"org Wunsch | ) o o | primary: joerg_wunsch@tcd-dresden.de above 1.8 MHz: DL 8 DTL | ) | | private: joerg_wunsch@uriah.sax.de | . * ) == | ``An elephant is a mouse with an operating system.''
