I'm trying to put together some specs for a system to run FreeBSD, or
maybe NetBSD when we get proper S3 support. The only part that concerns
me particularly at this point is the mouse: I want to be certain that it
is compatible with the various flavors of X on the *BSD systems. Is
compatability a major issue? Is it better to go with a serial or a bus
mouse? What are some good brands of 3-button mouse? I don't need anything
too fancy like a cordless, but I might be interested in a good optical.
Please mail directly and I will summarize. Thanks.
