I have come upon a stumbling block--The XFree install program that came with the 386BSD version of XFree86 complains that I have a kernal that doesn't support X. I looked around a bit and saw that there were pre-prepared kernals for 386BSD but none for NetBSD. SO: 1) Do I have to recompile my NetBSD kernal? If so where do I find the changes so that the new kernal will support X? 2) Do I have to install XFree86 from scratch? Or can I continue with the 386 version? Thanks, in advance. Any help is much appreciated!
