The IO address of the primary InPort is 0x23c-0x23f, the same
as the constant IO_BMS1. Thus, compiling with that SHOULD work.

I'm not sure if anybody is working on it anymore. I've been
tring to get it to work, and haven't even been able to get
XFree86 to start up with it---It barfs that it can't
get the status from the mouse fd.
