	I'm running FreeBSD + XFree86 1.3 on a DECpc 433dxLP (a 33mhz
 486dx).

"tcpdump", distributed with FB, initially complained that bpf0
did not exist. I politely created it via "sh MAKEDEV bpf0". Invoking
tcpdump now says "Device not configured".

The /dev/bpf0 entry:
crwxrwxrwx	1 root	wheel	23, 0 Sep 23 11:26 /dev/bpf0

This happens whether I'm root or su'root. Any ideas?
