You should link /etc/localtime to the appropriate file in /usr/share/zoneinfo
in my case that is:
/etc/localtime -> /usr/share/zoneinfo/CET
Further, you might run into problems with dst. That is due to a patch not being
right for non-californian users. You should then comment the following piece of
code (/sys/i386/isa/clock.c):
