Hi all.

Hope somebody tells me what I did wrong during installation.
I read the installation guide and followed it step by step
and still stuck right at the same place.

I am installing to first scsi HD (sd0) -

From the installation guide of FreeBSD "INSTALLATION NOTES <2.00,
10 September 1993>":

Read the message and note which partition (e.g., sd0a or wd0a)
you need to copy a kernel to. Reboot the machine off the
kcopy-xx-floppy disk, but this time at the prompt asking

I use kcopy-bt-floppy since I have an Ultrastor 14F.

you to insert a file system floppy, do _not_ replace the
        floppy, just press <enter>.

At the "kc>" prompt, enter "copy" to prepare to copy the
kernel on the floppy to your hard disk.

At the next "kc>" prompt, enter the disk partition to which
you want to copy the kernel. (e.g., sd0a or wd0a).

I type sd0a as mentioned before the reboot.

It will work for a minute or two, then present you with
another "#" prompt. Follow the instructions given, (i.e.,
halt the system) and reboot from the hard disk. You will
probably have to do a hardware reset or else your ethernet
card might not be recognised at reboot (e.g., if you have a
        WD8003EP card).

When the machine boots, a three-line banner should appear at
        the top of the screen.

I'm stuck here. I get "Missing Operating System", not banner.
I've checked (with both dos fdisk, os-bs, linux fdisk) and it showed
sd0a is marked active.

Please tell me what I did wrongly. I appreciate it. Email is most
welcomed. I appreciate any help.
