Anyone qualified to compare Linux and FreeBSD will not be objective,
so I highly doubt that you will get an objective opinion.

1) Linux is much better because Linus is European
2) FreeBSD is much better because we eat breakfast every morning

Or

1) Linux is better because it's got a cooler sounding name
2) FreeBSD is better because I like the word 'free' in software that
   I run.
