Send email to Kirk McKusick <mckusick@cs.Berkeley.Edu>, who is the owner of the copyright on the little red daemon. The current batch of shirts have ``Free the Berkeley 4.4!'' as a caption. It's a cute t-shirt; I have two of the original ones without the logo, and will be getting one of the newer ones. I think they cost $12.50 or so; there was an article about them posted to the net a month or so ago. Kirk let the FreeBSD folks use the daemon for their CD-ROM; I do not know if they can use it for anything else without permission.
