Can anyone tell me how to compile resolv+ for NetBSD 0.9

The program looks for sys/sockio.h

Also, how do i compile xgdb? I get a lot of errors, possibly because
of not having defined the libraries right in the makefile? Can i get
the binary of xgdb from somewhere/someone (for a PC486)?
