Date: 21 Oct 1993 19:38:20 GMT Organization: Msen, Inc. -- Ann Arbor, MI (account info: +1 313 998-4562) Lines: 11 Message-ID: <2a6ofc$lac@nigel.msen.com> NNTP-Posting-Host: garnet.msen.com X-Newsreader: TIN [version 1.1 PL9] I have a UNIX guru helping with this installation, in my present capacity, I am merely a typist. starboard.com is maintained via slip connection over 9600 baud phone line. About once or twice a week, the TCP just hangs- frequently, but not always, during active communication. Killing the slattach process and rerunning it always restores communication. Anybody experience a similar problem? jims@starboard.com
