FreeBSD EPSILON. I've read the *BSD Tape Drive compatibility list, and it didn't quite answer my question: Is there anyone out there who has a tape drive working with FreeBSD? (not 386bsd, or NetBSD). My dept. wants to get a tape drive for a machine running FreeBSD, preferably a 2.2-5.0 GB Tape Drive. They don't intend to buy it untill we know for certain that someone has gotten it to work with FreeBSD (we are looking into getting maybe the Exabyte 2.2 GB drive, or an HP tape drive). I figure that any tape drive that works with any of the BSDs should work with FreeBSD, but I just wanted to be sure :) Any info would be appreciated. -- viren shah $ " " viren@cy.cs.olemiss.edu $ -- viren shah 23rd july 1993
