With great thanks to the efforts of Hannu Savolainen, Jim Lowe and
Amancio Hasty, I've now committed the Linux sound driver, version
1.0c, to the FreeBSD source tree. Those of you who fetch the sources
via sup will have already seen the distribution, and the rest of you
will see it _very shortly_ in the "1.0 RELEASE" distribution.

I've also stuck the utilities together in /usr/ports/snd-util, along
with some samples, so you can test all this out on your favorite
sound card without having to go too far.

I've tested this only on a generic SoundBlaster 2.0 card, though others
have reported some success with the Gravis UltraSound and the ProAudio
Spectrum cards.

Please let me know if you have any troubles!
