I know numerous people using NetBSD for routing, and I've seen no bugs
of this nature reported before.  Are you sure you recompiled the
entire kernel, or did you try to do just part of it?  You need to
supply more information.

Also, if you have a bug report, you should mail it to
netbsd-bugs@sun-lamp.cs.berkeley.edu.
