Ok Ok, I'm made the biggest newbie ftp mistake. Once I did get it down with the binary type set it uncompressed fine. My problem now is that it seems to hang. I start it with the command line: netrek -h hockey.ksu.edu -p 2592 -r I get the initial login screen fine, when I enter my character name and password it puts me in the game but freezes. I can't do anything. I've tried it on several servers with the same result. I am running on a 486sx 25 with freebsd (GAMMA). I use to play on 386bsd with no problem. Any ideas? Jim
